Dino has been in radio for over 14 years - all of them here at Sunny 95. Dino got his start in stand-up comedy, when he called in from different cities he performed in across the country. His stand up has been featured on Showtime, and you can still catch him hosting at the Funny Bone each Thursday night.
He stays up all night playing poker, enjoys movies, writing, and can even be caught starring and producing in independent films and commercials in his spare time.
Dino was born in the greater Chicago area, and spent some time living in Greece. He and his dog Annie live in Clintonville. He is joined each weekday morning from 5 to 9:30 by Columbus radio veteran, Shawn Ireland.

Shawn Ireland's voice has been a familiar one to Columbus radio listeners over the years. Aside from a 2 year stint on an all-female morning show in San Diego, she has been heard on different Columbus radio stations for the past 25 years, and is an inaugural member of the Columbus Broadcasting Hall of Fame. She joined co-host Dino Tripodis in 2005 on "Dino and Shawn in the Morning", and has enjoyed a friendly brother/sister radio relationship with him each weekday morning ever since.
Spare time away from radio is at a premium for Shawn, mostly due to her 17-year-old son Graham, and 12-year-old daughter Cydney, and their many activities and sports. However, when Shawn grabs some "me time", she is often going to shows or sporting events, squeezing in a workout, catching up with her friends, or just trying to get a few hours of sleep before waking you up each morning!
Shawn was born in New England and raised there and in Ohio, and is an alum of The Ohio State University. Listen for her daily adventures of a working mom weekday mornings on Sunny 95.

A native of Detroit, Clark has been bringing breaking news, weather, and traffic information to the Columbus area for over 20 years. He was also instrumental in the implementation of the Amber Alert program here in Central Ohio.
Clark is a grandpa, and tries to visit his daughters and granddaughter in Texas as often as possible. He is a biking enthusiast, and during the summer is sure to be out on one of Columbus’ many trails pedaling away.

It’s not very difficult to find Meteorologist JOHN WETHERBEE. He’s always looking up at the sky. “Well, most of the time…” And that is why he is the four-time Forecaster-Of-The-Year.
In fact, John has watched the clouds and the storms all over Central Ohio. “Growing up in Arlington, then with my folks living on Hoover, I got the weather bug early. Are you kidding?”
He’s the guy who built the first Weather Station at Hastings Middle School, though he will tell you, it’s a much better Station today.
Wetherbee is his real last name, eldest son of Dick and Patty. He went to college to be a teacher, then discovered broadcasting, working in Westerville and Cincinnati, eventually on-air in Chicago for eleven years, and broadcast management in Atlanta.
Then he went back to school at Mississippi State, earning his Broadcast Meteorology certification. He was following his first love. “Now I can guess as good as the next guy,” he joked upon graduation.
But the best part of going back to school was helping his own children, who saw Dad hitting the books, and John thinks that might have motivated them too. His three daughters are all in professional careers, but none in weather. “That’s probably a good thing.”
Today, he’s up at 3:30 every morning, poring over the weather charts, studying the computer models, getting the forecast together for Dino and Shawn so you’ll have the information you need every morning. “Stewie always keeps me honest, brutally sometimes. I suppose that’s good.”
And it all starts when John looks up at the sky.

Although Sgt. Bill Taylor has spent a lifetime in police work and consulting in the private security field, his "fun" job has always been right here at Sunny 95, reporting every morning and afternoon on the Columbus traffic scene from the Sunny 95 traffic plane, "Yellow Thunder." As a pilot and aviation "buff" who likes to hang around airplanes, Bill finds his rush hour job to be a perfect fit for his lifestyle.
Bill resides in Hilliard with his wife Cathy, who works for Fedex. Both are sailing enthusiasts,and most weekends from May through October you'll find them aboard their cruising sailboat Terra Nova, either sailing the Lake Erie islands or just hanging around dockside. Bill is in fact a Coast Guard-licensed captain. That means he could be paid to go boating, but he says that so far that hasn't worked out so well.
Bill also tries to golf, but most of the time his two grandsons beat him. For now, he'll stick to flying and sailing.

It was a normal day in Elkins, West Virginia when the doctor’s cold hand welcomed Trisha into the world. That first yelp in the cold lights of the delivery room was her family’s first indication that Trisha was destined to be the center of attention. An Air Force brat, Trisha moved around with her family during the younger years of her life, living in places like Italy, California and Washington State all before the age of 10! Moving around a lot taught Trisha at an early age that if you want to make friends and be noticed you can’t sit in the back round quietly waiting for it to happen!! And so started her path toward radio…
Before she could even walk, Trisha was already talking! So much so, that she had the vocabulary of a 4 year old by age 2. Little did Trisha know that all of this talking was preparing her for what eventually would be her radio career. After her parents separated, she ended up back in Elkins, WV where she sang in choir and show choir and dreamed of one day becoming a famous singer with a shoe closet the size of her bedroom. While singing was Trisha’s dream for the future, she realized her dream wasn’t putting cash in her pocket for shoes and high school fun; so by the luck of having a friend “in the biz”, Trisha was introduced to the local country radio station and was quickly hired because she loved to talk and DIDN’T have an accent! Trisha uprooted to Columbus after graduation, leaving her radio career behind and looked to more “practical” career paths in her early 20’s. In 1997 Trisha realized she’d never been a very practical person and took a part time radio position for a station in Mt Vernon; needless to say, the rest is history!
Trisha Moore and her growing shoe collection came to the Columbus market in 2004 and will tell you that there isn’t a day where she doesn’t get excited to come to work!

Steve is one of those guys who truly believes he has the best job in the world. While he’s working, he gets to play music for people who are working!
When he’s not on the radio, Steve spends time with his wife Connie, and his sons Matt and Brandon. His love for animals is evidenced by the large collection of dogs and cats that share Steve and Connie’s home. Most of them were rescue animals: Steve says the animals give his family great joy and unconditional love.
In addition to his love for music and animals, Steve’s into collecting motorcycles with his brother and sports, and rooting on his favorite sports team, the Cleveland Indians. He says that having the Columbus Clippers as the new Indian’s affiliate is a dream come true, so look for Steve all summer at the new Huntington Park!

I have been changing people's lives for over a decade. I like to think that I am more to my audience than a nighttime disc jockey. I try to be a shoulder to cry on, a friend with advice, and a caring person who listens to people when they feel no one else cares.
These aren't skills that I learned in college, I learned them at the school of life. Raised in a family severely affected by alcoholism, I left home the day I graduated from high school. These life experiences give me special insight into the lives of my listeners.

If you've ever met Jordan at a Sunny 95 appearance, you know that she loves to meet people! She loves to learn about people, and talk to them about their lives. And it’s not an act… she’s genuinely interested! Even Jordan admits that her outgoing nature isn’t always taken the way it’s intended (she found out the hard way that people don't always enjoy having a conversation while they do their grocery shopping).
Jordan’s says that her family is to blame for her enthusiastic personality. Born and raised in small town outside of Pittsburgh, her three older siblings made it hard for her to stand out. Since her family had a great sense of humor, she thought dumping a bag of nails on the stone driveway would be funny. When that didn’t work, she was inspired by the UPS man to paint the front door of her house brown. Keep in mind that both of those events happened while she was still in diapers.
As a sophomore in high school, Jordan heard an announcement asking for kids to audition for the school radio station. When she went to the audition, she found a line of class clowns waiting for their chance to be on the radio. She thought she didn't have a chance, but as it turns out, she was wrong. The first time she heard the music and her voice on the air, she knew what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. At the age of 22, Jordan has got her big break as the morning host of a radio station in Scranton, PA. She moved from Scranton to Ft. Wayne, IN, and lasted there for three years before she got the BIG call from Sunny 95! It's going on 8 years now, and so much has changed for Jordan, including her recent marriage! Next time you see Jordan at a station appearance or the grocery store, be prepared to talk!
